Refund Policy
How refunds work for Healup Premium subscriptions purchased through the App Store and Google Play.
Last updated: 15 May 2026
1. Overview
Healup Premium subscriptions are processed entirely through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Because all payments are handled by Apple and Google — not by Healup directly — all refund requests must be submitted to the respective store. Healup cannot access your payment information or issue refunds independently.
2. Free tier
The free tier of Healup is completely free of charge. There is nothing to refund for free tier usage.
3. Free trial
Healup Premium includes a 7-day free trial for first-time subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged at the end of the 7-day period.
To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends through your Apple ID or Google account subscription settings.
4. Requesting a refund — Apple App Store (iOS)
Apple handles all refund requests for purchases made through the iOS App Store. To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the Healup subscription charge in your purchase history.
- Select "Request a Refund" and choose a reason.
- Submit your request. Apple typically responds within a few days.
Alternatively, you can contact Apple Support directly at support.apple.com. Apple's refund decisions are final and at their discretion. Healup has no authority to influence or override Apple's refund decisions.
5. Requesting a refund — Google Play (Android)
Google handles all refund requests for purchases made through the Google Play Store. To request a refund:
- Open the Google Play Store app or visit play.google.com on a browser.
- Go to your order history and find the Healup subscription charge.
- Select "Request a Refund" and submit.
- For charges older than 48 hours, contact Google Play Support directly at support.google.com/googleplay.
Google's refund policy generally allows refunds within 48 hours of a subscription renewal. After that window, Google evaluates requests on a case-by-case basis.
6. Cancellation and future charges
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will retain Premium access until the end of your current paid period, after which your account returns to the free tier.
To cancel your Healup subscription:
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Healup → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Healup → Cancel subscription.
7. Exceptional circumstances
If you experienced a technical issue with the Healup app that prevented you from using the service during a paid period, please contact us at contact@webninjasolutions.com with details. While we cannot issue refunds directly, we will investigate the issue, work to resolve it, and where appropriate assist you in submitting a refund request to Apple or Google with supporting documentation.
8. Account deletion
Deleting your Healup account does not automatically cancel your subscription or trigger a refund. You must cancel your subscription separately through Apple or Google before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
